Your core tasks

Creation and development of the SAP roadmap with business representatives and IT organization Responsible for the 5-member SAP team and people development Organization of innovation workshops with SAP or other external Service Providers Single Point of Contact for all SAP demands from the business Check synergies of demands across business units Preparation and monitoring of Service Level Agreements between IT and business Responsible for the SAP Solution together with the business counterpart Responsible for all interfaces to SAP connected 3rd party systems (up-/downstream processes) Coordination of and relationship management to strategic service and consultancy providers


Your profile

You have a university degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, Business Administration or equivalent You should bring several years of professional experience in SAP Service & Demand Management in an international environment; ideally you have some professional experience as Project Lead / Team Lead for SAP or business application teams You are experienced in project work, ideally in the FMCG industry in different business areas (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales) You have an understanding of the functional capabilities of SAP/R3 in the modules of FI/CO, MM, or SD Any experience with S/4HANA is a nice to have You have excellent communication, presentation skills and you are very good in stakeholder management You need fluent English skills both written and spoken
