We assess the risks presented to us by brokers in Germany and abroad and provide the necessary coverage for trade and the transport and logistics industry. This team deals with insurance solutions and claims processing for our customers (especially in South America and Africa). Claims recording, review and processing of claims documents as well as independent recovery management in English Assessment of claims payments under consideration of the insurance contract Communication with average adjusters and giving instructions for the preparation of qualified reports Permanent development and optimization of the internal adjuster network as well as in-house software applications Advising international clients on risk prevention Preparation of evaluations and statistics

An apprenticeship as a food technician with several years of professional experience in purchasing or quality management for fruit and vegetables or a university degree (agroecology, food technology, agriculture, or similar) Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, Spanish is an advantage High degree of responsibility and independence Communication skills, excellent analytical as well as conceptual thinking and acting IT affinity and good MS Office skills
